We offer full color DTF printing, embroidery, and sublimation ink printing. We do one item or one thousand.  No question in your head should be left there. If it is not here contact us!

GENERAL ORDERING INFORMATION

What happens once I place my order?

We receive a notification that you have put an order in. We then relay your order to our warehouse and within a couple days of receiving your item we start customizing it. Once we have given your project the attention it deserves we will package it and send it off to you! Most orders will be received by our customers in less than two weeks.

Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?

When you design your apparel on the website, you preview a proof that you accept before placing the order. If you need help at any time or a second eye on it, we are here for you. In the event our concierges find something that just doesn’t look right, we will contact you before we take the time to make your item.

Do you require minimums for ordering?

NO WAY! Minimums are for those trying to sell low quality items. We sell premium comfort and that means you can buy one or one thousand.

Can I change my order?

Once you have looked over everything online and placed your order, it usually takes us 24 hours to review it. In that time period, give us a call or text and we can help you with any changes you may want to make. This doesn’t mean we cant change it after 24 hours, we just can’t always guarantee it!

Can I cancel my order?

We try to get to work as soon as possible on your project. Cancellations can be guaranteed up to 24 hours after purchase. Instead of cancelling shoot us a text, email, or call, and we can help you in person. If we haven’t started the project you are welcome to cancel!

Do you accept returns?

If you aren’t completely satisfied, please contact us and let us know why so we can make it right. Decorated items are only eligible for return in cases of error, defect, miss-ship or other extenuating circumstances. All order returns or other issues must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at customercare@ftfdesignco.com and we are always happy to help!

ARTWORK

How much does it cost to add my logo?

All design pricing is straightforward and is always on the product page. Should you want something you cannot make on the website, contact us right away, we specialize in wacky, fun, and sophisticated requests!

Can I use 2 different designs, perhaps one design on some items and a different design on others?

Sure you can! Just go in and design a new item individually for every different design.

What kind of artwork can I upload?

Vectors are the GOLD of the design industry (eps, svg, or pdf) but if you have a png or jpeg, we will try to make sure we optimize the quality when it is enlarged. If we can’t we will contact you to discuss options!

Do you keep my art on file?

Even better- you get to have your own account with us! When you return and login, it will be waiting patiently.

How do I send in my artwork?

You can upload your logo right to the product page when shopping online. If you are like many of us and computers give you a tough time, contact us and we will walk you through it or even just take the order over the phone!

SHIPPING INFORMATION

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, an order will be shipped within 5-7 business days and depending on whether you live far, far, away from the East Coast or not, should arrive within a few days after. We will certainly keep you posted on it. We do offer rush shipping as an option upon checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

That is an exciting one for us! FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ITEMS. If you need rush order shipping you will have that option at checkout. Most items are delivered to you in less than two weeks from your order.

Can I ship to multiple shipping addresses?

Yes, we all have friends and family we like to buy gifts for. We offer free shipping to one address and then $10.00 per address after (flat rate).

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, this is an option at checkout. We are humans and you are one too, if you have an expectation in your head, please let us know by calling, texting, or emailing at any time so we can work with you. That is what concierge apparel is.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, you will receive tracking information but remember, you can speak to us about the order whenever you want.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Wilmington, Delaware. Yes, we are Philadelphia sports all the way (the stadiums are less than a half hour away).

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this current time.

PRICING

How does pricing work?

We don’t charge setup fees or processing fees like many of the custom apparel companies out there. For all designs you will get upfront pricing and we like to keep it very simple. We are concierges of apparel, not accountants.

Do you offer Volume discounts?

Yes we do! Anything over 100 items let your concierge know by texting, emailing, or calling and we will work through pricing out whatever you need
